About Us: My client is a logistics company, looking to expand with the right people. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales executive to join the team and contribute to the growth and development of client base.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's growth and expansion. This is an office based role. Leads and contact lists will be provided but expertise at creating and nurturing new buisiness is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes for prospective and current customers.

  • Follow up on all quotes, obtaining and relaying feedback.

  • Assist the operations team with daily tasks as required.

  • Manage specific customer accounts as requested by your line manager.

  • Handle inbound inquiries effectively to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure continued business and identify opportunities for upselling.

  • Report client concerns and needs to management to enhance service delivery.

  • Negotiate and close business contracts with both new and existing clients.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Provide activity feedback during weekly meetings.

  • Participate in bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with your line manager to discuss performance and goals.

  • Conduct client and prospect meetings for upselling and acquiring new business.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

    Key Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics/distribution sales

  • Proven track record in B2B sales.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

    Compensation:

  • Salary up to £30,000.

  • 25 days leave

  • Commission structure
