Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building relationships over the phone?

We’re currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a friendly and growing team in Syston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, hitting targets, and earning commission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to new and existing customers

  • Building strong rapport and identifying customer needs

  • Promoting products and services in a professional, persuasive manner

  • Handling incoming enquiries and following up leads

  • Working towards daily and monthly sales targets

  • Updating CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience preferred

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
