About the Role

As aSenior Account Executive, you will drive Doodle Labs’ growth by securing new business and guiding customers in the defense, aerospace, and industrial automation sectors through the sales process. You will manage relationships, close deals, and ensure successful adoption of our technology in theUK and EU markets.

This is aremote positionbased inEurope or the UK, with30% travelfor customer engagement and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Pipeline:Qualify inbound leads, nurture relationships, and drive deals to successful integrations.
  • Lead Outbound Sales Efforts:Identify and pursue high-value target accounts, expanding Doodle Labs' presence.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams:Work with Sales Engineers to address customer needs and technical evaluations.
  • Customer Engagement:Act as the primary contact, articulating our value proposition and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strategic Account Management:Develop long-term relationships and provide high-touch support to secure major accounts.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ yearsin sales, account management, or business development inwireless communications, networking, or robotics.
  • Proven successin B2B technical sales withOEMs, system integrators, or industrial automationfirms.
  • Strong technical acumeninwireless communications, RF technologies, and networking solutions.
  • Drone industry knowledge(market trends, key players, and wireless integrations) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with VARs(Value-Added Resellers) andSystem Integratorsis a plus.
  • Fluency in Englishis required;additional European languagesare a plus.
