Adding WGP up to £1k (per runner), working on 12-month contracts, 1-2 deals per month



Since starting the build out of the UK/EU desk in July 2024, our Future Mobility contract team is looking to add a Senior Consultant to this brand-new team!



**Please note that this role is focused purely on contract recruitment. We are open to people who have perm recruitment experience but will require transitioning to a contract desk and ways of working**

The Role:

What you’ll be doing:


Identifying contract opportunities across the UK & EU within one of our Future Mobility niches (systems, software, mechanical design/ engineering, manufacturing)


Play an integral part in developing our 360 contract business: market mapping, identify and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms and delivering top level candidates


Utilising your network, leveraging off existing relationships and continuing to develop your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long-term clients


Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and best solution offerings to potential clients



The Requirements:

  • Ideally2+ years contract 360 recruitmentexperience,ideally within a relevant industry but not essential. Relevant markets include (but not limited to): any engineering, automotive, aircraft, drones, civil engineering, EV charging, Automation, renewables, software and electronics.


  • A proven track record ofBusiness Development(Self-generated business and repeat business with these clients). This role will start job-heavy to get you acclimated to the new market and help you lead generate quickly as you start to own the vertical.


  • Evidence ofconsistencyin performance (new runners out per month, new clients/client expansion)
