    Key Responsibilities of the Stakeholder Relationship & Implementation Manager:
    You’ll lead the coordination and execution of high-impact engagement initiatives for one of our most influential clients. Partnering closely with our Managing Director and leadership team, you’ll:
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, international alliance of food retailers
  • Orchestrate a seamless rollout of initiatives like our digital collaboration Hub and ambassador programme
  • Align internal teams with member priorities to ensure clarity, progress and momentum
  • Turn feedback into action, stories into strategy, and obstacles into opportunities
  • Be the calm in the complexity — keeping projects on track, relationships strong, and results tangible
    What You’ll Bring:
  • 5–8+ years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, project delivery or similar
  • A proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver through influence
  • Crystal-clear communication skills — empathetic, articulate and persuasive
  • Confidence coordinating multiple workstreams and collaborating across disciplines
  • A bias toward action, a love of structured problem-solving, and a talent for diplomacy
  • Experience in food retail, FMCG, membership organisations or B2B services is a big plus
