Due to significant growth and expansion, we have a Strategic Sales Lead vacancy so, if you’re experienced and well established in the Sales and Business Development arena and want to work with a great team of people, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

The Strategic Sales Lead will implement a business growth strategy tailored to the capabilities of EA Technology’s Asset Management propositions and be instrumental in strengthening relationships with our existing clients whilst expanding our customer base in new markets.

· Work closely with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and propose additional products, consultancy or services to add value to their operations

· Focus on engaging with new customers from target sectors, leveraging our solutions to support their network planning and optimisation challenges

· Work closely with the International Sales Manager to identify and cultivate new customer relationships in international markets

· Drive product positioning and market differentiation to address client needs and competitive pressures

What we’ll need from you:

· Significant experience in sales/business development

· Experience in the electricity distribution sector (or related), knowledge of the workings of Transformers and Switchgear is preferable

· Proven success in building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and customers

· Able to communicate effectively and persuasively to senior and technical individuals

· Ability to articulate complex products and offerings to a range of audiences

· Engineering or business related degree is desirable but not essential
