Key Accountabilities

This is a new business development role where your ability to build relationships and win trust will be front and centre. You'll be identifying and converting new prospects across food manufacturing, with regular customer visits and full ownership of the sales cycle.

You’ll be connecting with stakeholders in technical, procurement, NPD, and operations—developing long-term partnerships that deliver mutual value. This is a consultative sales environment, where understanding customer needs and offering tailored ingredient solutions will be your winning formula.

Ingredient sales experience is ideal, but we also welcome applications from talented salespeople with a strong track record in any area of food or foodservice.

Personal Profile

  • A proven background in food sales—ingredients, manufacturing, or foodservice

  • Comfortable with both hunting new business and growing key accounts

  • Commercially sharp, persuasive, and able to quickly build trust with decision-makers

  • A confident communicator who brings energy, integrity, and professionalism

  • Enjoys autonomy, flexible working, and is naturally curious and driven

  • Open to travel across the UK—and occasionally Europe—when needed
