Do you have experience of managing a venue along with first class client service skills?

Do you excel at motivating, leading and managing a team in a service environment?

If so, and if you are highly self-motivated and proactive, we have just registered this great role with one of our amazing clients and it could be the one you are looking for!

Based in a brand new, extremely modern building with exceptional facilities you will be working 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

This role is an immediate start and has the potential to go permanent.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Office Manager Responsibilities

Delivering a market leading service
Responsible for the running of a prestigious venue
Leading and managing a team with a customer service focus:

Ability to maximise performance
Marketing support services
Conducting tours 
Ensuring customer records are kept up to date for audit purposes

Temporary Office Manager Requirements

Proven experience running an office or co-working venue
Management and team leadership skills
Attention to detail
Excellent administrative and organisational experience
Good communication skills, tactful and persuasive
Highly self-motivated and proactive with a desire to contribute to the company more widely
Client and customer services focused
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Excellent delegation skills
IT literate
Location

Our client is based in OX1.  There is no parking available, but there are good public transport links
