We’re growing our successful Maintenance Recruitment team in Leicester and looking for a motivated individual to join us. You’ll be working closely with a highly experienced Managing Consultant who has built a thriving client base across the West Midlands and the UK. This means you’ll have the chance to hit the ground running with a solid foundation of active clients and candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Initially, you’ll focus on learning the recruitment process and mastering candidate management. Your key responsibilities will include:

Candidate Sourcing – Identifying high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, adverts, and our internal database.
Candidate Interviewing – Conducting in-depth interviews to assess suitability and match candidates to roles.
Candidate Management – Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Lead Generation – Building a pipeline of future business opportunities by identifying and tracking potential leads.
Database Management – Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate candidate and client information.
Progress to 360 Recruitment Consultant:

Once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll step up to a full 360 recruitment role, where you’ll take control of the entire recruitment process, including:

Business Development – Proactively reaching out to businesses, securing new clients, and building long-term relationships.
Client Management – Developing and managing your own portfolio of client accounts.
Sales & Strategy – Using market insights to advise clients and match them with top talent.
Full-Cycle Recruitment – Managing roles from start to finish, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and placements.
