Right Management, a global leader in talent and career management and part of ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, is seeking a commercially focused and driven Account Director to lead new business development within a defined UK territory.

This is a opportunity is suited to a high performing sales professional with a hunter mindset, passionate about consultative and solution based selling to HR and business leaders. You will have the autonomy to shape your region, engage key stakeholders, and deliver impactful talent solutions including leadership development, career transition and workforce transformation.

Your Role at a Glance

Protect and grow long term client value through stakeholder expansion, timely renewals and collaborative engagement

Regularly connect with clients through meetings, business reviews and the sharing of insights

Take full ownership of a defined UK region, identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive outreach

Target organisations experiencing change or transformation, offering tailored talent and career management solutions

Engage senior HR stakeholders with insight and credibility, gaining a clear understanding of their challenges and priorities

Lead the complete sales process from prospecting and discovery through to proposal submission and commercial negotiations

Actively contribute to the distribution of thought leadership and market insights to position Right Management as a trusted advisor

Take an active role in client communications, presentations and interactions that drive long term value

Work closely with ManpowerGroup brands and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated and high quality talent solutions

Coordinate with Customer Success, Delivery and Operations teams to ensure successful and timely execution of client engagements

Create persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate client value and return on investment

Monitor market and competitor activity to proactively strengthen client relationships and service differentiation

Skills and Experience

A proven track record in new business development and account growth, with consistent target achievement

Experience selling to HR departments, ideally in talent management, coaching, career services or transformation environments

Skilled in outbound sales including cold calling, territory planning and solution based selling

Demonstrated success in cross selling and up selling within complex client organisations

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with customer relationship management systems

Personable and emotionally intelligent with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

Self motivated and strategic in approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Professional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at senior levels

Collaborative, team oriented and committed to shared goals

You will be supported by a strong brand, proven solutions and dedicated delivery teams, allowing you to focus on developing long term partnerships and driving business value.
