Our Client, a reputable franchise-approved dealership in Hereford, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to make a real impact within a growing business.

What’s on Offer:

Up to £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
Uncapped OTE exceeding £55,000 annually
Personal company car
31 days holiday, increasing with service

Working hours: Mon-Fri (9:00am-6:00pm), plus Saturday and Sunday on a rotaKey Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of 3 Sales Executives and a Business Manager
Achieve and surpass sales targets across vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Implement efficient processes and control costs
Maintain brand standards and operational policiesRequirements:

Proven Car Sales Manager experience within a franchise dealership
Strong background in vehicle sales, especially in finance & insurance
Stable employment history in supervisory roles
Motivated, results-driven, and an inspiring leader
Excellent communication and customer service skills
