Eagle Eye Innovations (EEI) is looking for an airworthiness specialist to take charge of keeping its RPAS fleet safe, compliant and ready to fly. You’ll be the key link between Engineering, Flight Operations, and Quality and Compliance, making sure every aircraft meets regulatory standards and is available when operations need it.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning continuing airworthiness management across EEI’s fleet of remotely piloted aircraft systems

  • Building, maintaining and managing the maintenance programmes for each aircraft

  • Keeping technical records accurate and up to date, with a clear view of each aircraft’s airworthiness status at all times

  • Planning and coordinating maintenance activity to keep as many aircraft available as possible

  • Contributing to defect investigations and supporting the delivery of engineering changes

  • Taking the lead on airworthiness audits and inspections, and acting as a point of contact with the regulator

  • Helping bring new aircraft types and future RPAS capabilities into service

What we’re looking for

  • A background in continuing airworthiness gained in aviation, aerospace or defence

  • A working knowledge of CAA requirements and EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145, or comparable regulatory frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance programmes and technical records management

  • A solid understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices and engineering documentation

  • A track record of supporting audits and regulatory inspections

  • Clear communication, confident leadership and a practical approach to solving problems

  • A qualification in aerospace, engineering or aviation would be an advantage, but relevant professional experience will be considered as an equivalent

Why join EEI?

You’ll own an aviation function that’s critical to the business and help shape how EEI’s RPAS capability grows. If you want to be at the cutting edge of uncrewed aviation, keeping advanced aircraft safe, compliant and mission-ready, this role is for you.

What you’ll get

  • 28 days’ paid annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays

  • Private medical and dental insurance, paid for by the company

  • Death in service cover at 3x salary

  • Employer contributions to a group personal pension

  • Employer contributions to a salary sacrifice pension scheme

  • Travel insurance for business trips

  • Training specific to your role, paid for by the company, plus financial support for professional development

  • Tax-efficient cycle to work scheme

  • Electric vehicle salary sacrifice car leasing, available once you’ve passed probation

  • Discounts at high street retailers
