Senior Marketing Campaign Executives - Sciences.

Location: Bath Area, UK.

Work: Hybrid 2 days in office

Pink Giraffe are seeking experienced Senior and Mid-Weight Marketing Campaign Executives with a passion for science to join a superb business based in Bath.

The role.

Making it easy for our international clients to receive value from our digital and content marketing campaigns and services. Being responsible for all aspects of campaign management and delivery (revenue), working in tandem with internal sales colleagues towards a shared goal of ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

Working with clients (scientific manufacturers) globally, across multiple fields of science and technology, within a wider delivery team of campaign executives, editors and marketing operations. No direct line management responsibility.

  • Responsible for all aspects of a successful campaign delivery for allocated clients. Working with the sales team on proposals and recommendations for clients, to onboarding clients and campaigns, project management, campaign/content design and delivery directly or through colleagues, reporting and providing expert ongoing recommendations/insights

  • Maximise revenue (campaign deliverables) efficiently and within set timeframes, overseeing editorial and marketing operations teams to ensure quality and timeliness to deadlines. Maintain ongoing awareness of and accountability for contributing to the team’s booked revenue targets (KPI).

  • Providing exquisite ongoing client-facing customer service, through regular and proactive calls, emails and some face to face meetings (some travel may be required). Building long-term relationships with clients.

  • Work with clients to make it easy to design and deliver a range of campaigns on their behalf from content creation, email marketing, webinars and online events, exciting editorial features, video, lead nurturing, etc.

  • Regularly reviewing the performance of campaigns against expectations, and proactively working with other teams (sales, editorial, production) to improve results if needed, or to communicate successes to the customer

  • Regularly reviewing client satisfaction and retention in partnership with the sales team, identifying opportunities to create further value for clients

  • Using project management, CRM, campaign delivery, metrics reporting, AI tools and other systems to coordinate, communicate, design and deliver

  • Opportunities to manage commercial or product projects or other business initiatives

    Essential:

  • Passion for collaboration and team work, managing successful working relationships with clients and sales professionals – a “people person”.

  • Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others. Confident and persuasive manner.

  • Attention to detail and diligent follow-through. Ensures clients receive complete and accurate quality service.

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks.

  • Thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a variety of daily tasks and problem solving.

  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills for reviewing campaign performance and drawing logical conclusions/recommendations.

    Desirable:

  • Experience of using CRM, marketing or management tools such as Hubspot, Monday, Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of a range of digital marketing channels and tactics.

  • Experience of data analysis and/or data tools such as Excel or PowerBI.

    Essential:

  • At least 2 years working in a professional client-facing environment, ideally within a services, marketing, software, publisher, scientific or other related business

  • Project management or coordination role
