Are you ready to take the lead on next-generation aerospace technologies? We’re hiring a Systems Engineering Manager to join a cutting-edge team developing high-performance electric propulsion systems for aviation and eVTOL platforms.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll own the full V-lifecycle. From early requirements capture through to integration, verification, and certification. You won’t be doing the hands-on engineering, but you’ll be the technical glue between customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and delivered with precision.

Key Responsibilities – Systems Engineering Manager

  • Lead systems development from concept to launch, aligning with technology roadmaps and programme goals.

  • Own requirements capture, decomposition, and traceability across the full development lifecycle.

  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160G.

  • Support certification planning, risk management, and cross-functional design assurance.

    What We’re Looking For – Systems Engineering Manager

  • Degree qualified in Systems, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field.

  • Proven leadership in systems engineering within aerospace or high-integrity environments.

  • Strong knowledge of the V-model, including system architecture, requirements flow-down, and verification strategy.

  • Confident dealing with customers and managing technical dialogue at a senior level.

  • Familiar with certification frameworks and safety-critical development standards.
