Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Support: Assist the Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store, including team management, stock control, and merchandising.
Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding shoppers through product selection, offering expert advice, and conducting product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Tempur mattresses.
Sales & Performance: Help drive sales by ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds performance targets. You’ll also play a key role in implementing promotional activities and campaigns.
Team Development: Support the training and development of your team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, motivated, and confident in delivering outstanding customer service.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing, maintaining Tempur’s high standards in product displays and customer-facing areas.
Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as stock management, reporting, and budgeting to ensure smooth store operations.Ideal Candidate:
Retail Management Experience: Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role is essential, ideally within a similar high-end or customer-focused environment.
