Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager job has just become available at a growing property improvement company. They are a trusted name in homes and business across York, Harrogate, Ripon, and beyond. With over 20 years of experience, the family-run business has built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and transparency.

This is a hybrid role, working 2/3 days per week in the office.

THE ROLE:

  KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  
  
• Previous sales experience is essential
  
• You'll thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making things happen
  
• Selling is second nature —not through pushy tactics, but by understanding people, creating trust, and offering solutions that genuinely fit

  SALARY & BENEFITS:
  
• £28,000 - £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  
• £40,000 - £50,000 on target earnings
  
• 20 days holiday + public holidays
  
• Pension
