Veterans in UAVs & Drones: A Military‑to‑Civilian Pathway into Uncrewed Aviation Careers

Introduction Britain’s skies are getting crowded—by design. The UK Future Flight Challenge is injecting £300 million into next‑generation drones, cargo VTOLs, and air‑traffic management (ATM) tech. PwC values UK drone adoption at £45 billion in economic impact by 2030, generating 650,000 new jobs in inspection, delivery, and emergency response.
