Murzilli Consulting, a digital aviation consultancy business unit operating within the M&K Global AG group, was established in Switzerland in 2020. We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

Your Responsibilities:

The key role will be to assist manufacturers, operators, and UAS industry partners in bringing their products to market while ensuring compliance with regulations that allow them to fly and operate smoothly. This position offers the chance to be involved in the innovative field of drone technology, guiding products through the necessary regulatory processes. You will be part of a consultancy team and:

  • Support our customers in the development of safety cases for operational authorisations (e.g. SORA)
  • Review customer's documentation and provide recommendations for improvement and professional compliance with requirements
  • Align with civil aviation authorities during the development, submission and approval of any document related to operational authorisations & ConOps
  • Coordinate very closely with the consultancy team on all matters related to regulatory compliance

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Engineering or other Drones related field
  • 1-4 years experience in aviation or drones related field
  • SORA methodology knowledge
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to work from Murzilli Consulting's Madrid, London or Berlin Headquarters


Preferred Skills:

  • Deep Knowledge of SORA standards (JARUS, EASA, TC, CASA, etc.)
  • Experience in conducting UAS operational risk assessments and applying SORA methodology to UAS use cases
  • Drone Pilot certificate would be a plus
  • Any other language (French, Spanish and German, amongst others) is a vital asset.
