What You’ll Own
Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Create and lead targeted outbound campaigns that open doors and generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify gaps in current approach and build frameworks that scale.
    Messaging & Tactics
  • Develop sharp, creative messaging tailored to industry segments that are notoriously hard to reach.
  • Mix it up with email, offline, direct outreach, and whatever else it takes to stand out.
    Data & Targeting
  • Own segmentation strategy, dig into the data to identify clusters, trends, and white space.
  • Work closely with internal teams to make sure no lead or insight falls through the cracks.
    Optimisation & Innovation:
    Continuously monitor, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance. Stay on top of outbound trends and bring fresh thinking to the table.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Align with sales on pipeline needs and lead quality. Partner with product and creative teams to bring campaigns to life with real-world value

  • Has outbound/B2B marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or complex industry.

  • Knows how to build campaigns from scratch and thrives in a creative environment.

  • Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Has strong copywriting and content development skills.

  • Understands marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Loves working with sales teams and understands how to open doors.
