Outbound Campaign Manager – Lead the Next Big Shift (Onsite)
Experience: Outbound/B2B marketing
Type: Full-time | Permanent | Onsite
This Isn’t Just Another Marketing Role
The role is working for a rapidly scaling global organisation operating in a sector undergoing significant transformation. As part of the next phase of growth, we’re building a powerful outbound function and we’re looking for a strategic, creative, data-savvy Outbound Campaign Manager to lead the charge.
This is your chance to take a blank canvas and design outbound marketing the right way, from customer segmentation to bold, unexpected campaigns that grab attention and spark conversations. You’ll be building a program with real backing, impact, and freedom.
Why This Role?
Because right now, we know there’s untapped potential in reaching the right audiences before they start looking. Your mission? Build a marketing machine that brings the product to the doorstep of high-value customers, strategically, persuasively, and memorably.
You’ll sit at the heart of a business unit poised for major growth. You'll partner closely with sales and work alongside performance and digital teams to ensure everything they do is targeted, creative, and measurable.
What You’ll Own
Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Create and lead targeted outbound campaigns that open doors and generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify gaps in current approach and build frameworks that scale.
    Messaging & Tactics
  • Develop sharp, creative messaging tailored to industry segments that are notoriously hard to reach.
  • Mix it up with email, offline, direct outreach, and whatever else it takes to stand out.
    Data & Targeting
  • Own segmentation strategy, dig into the data to identify clusters, trends, and white space.
  • Work closely with internal teams to make sure no lead or insight falls through the cracks.
    Optimisation & Innovation:
Continuously monitor, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance. Stay on top of outbound trends and bring fresh thinking to the table.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Align with sales on pipeline needs and lead quality. Partner with product and creative teams to bring campaigns to life with real-world value
    We’re Looking for Someone Who…

  • Has outbound/B2B marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or complex industry.

  • Knows how to build campaigns from scratch and thrives in a creative environment.

  • Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Has strong copywriting and content development skills.

  • Understands marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Loves working with sales teams and understands how to open doors.

What’s On Offer?

  • A career-defining opportunity to own and scale outbound marketing in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

  • The chance to work with a dynamic, collaborative team with big goals.

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and the backing to bring your best ideas to life.

  • The opportunity to work onsite with a close-knit commercial and marketing function.

  • Exposure to cross-border projects with real visibility and influence

UAV Jobs Skills Radar 2026: Emerging Tools, Platforms & Technologies to Learn Now

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are no longer just military assets—they're transforming agriculture, infrastructure inspection, logistics, filmmaking, and public safety. As commercial drone operations scale in the UK, the demand for skilled UAV professionals is rising sharply across engineering, flight operations, data analysis, and autonomous systems. Welcome to the UAV Jobs Skills Radar 2026—your annual guide to the tools, platforms, certifications, and technologies that are shaping UAV careers in the UK. Whether you're a drone pilot, systems engineer, or AI developer working on autonomous navigation, this radar shows you what to focus on to remain in-demand.

How to Find Hidden UAV Jobs in the UK Using Professional Bodies like IMechE, RAeS & More

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, are transforming industries in the UK—from surveying, inspection, and agriculture to emergency services, logistics, and defence. As the sector evolves, so too does the demand for skilled UAV professionals: pilots, systems engineers, data analysts, AI specialists, and regulatory experts. Yet many of the best UAV jobs—especially in R&D, government contracts, and specialist commercial operations—are never advertised publicly. They’re often filled through trusted networks, working group referrals, pilot programmes, and specialist community engagement. In this guide, you’ll discover how to access hidden UAV jobs in the UK by engaging with professional bodies like the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), APRIL (UK), and regional drone networks. You’ll learn how to use directories, CPD events, special interest groups (SIGs), and industry clusters to position yourself at the forefront of opportunity—before roles are even published.

How to Get a Better UAV Job After a Lay-Off or Redundancy

Being made redundant from a role in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drone technology can be disheartening—especially in such a cutting-edge and evolving sector. But with the growing adoption of UAVs in defence, surveying, logistics, agriculture, inspection, and emergency response, your skills remain in demand. Whether you're a drone pilot, UAV systems engineer, geospatial analyst, flight software developer, or mechanical integrator, this guide will help you bounce back stronger after redundancy.
