Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm / 9am-5.30pm

As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving our client's business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the internal and external sales teams and suppliers.
Work closely with our funders, assisting with issues and providing regular updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Negotiate better rates with funders and commissions where necessary.
Stay informed about new offerings in the marketplace and have a good understanding of our funders' products.
Ensure continuity in reaching targets and maintaining in-house systems.What You'll Do:

Input proposals into our in-house system.
Answer telephones proactively and professionally.
Obtain information to submit credit stories to our funders.
Relay credit decisions to suppliers and customers.
Complete and process lease documentation.
Chase suppliers for signed documentation and new business.
Handle any other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.What We're Looking For:

Experience in managing existing business relationships.
