Job Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Hernshead, you’ll be responsible for managing your own desk, working closely with clients in the aerospace industry to understand their recruitment needs and placing top talent in exciting roles. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment where you’ll drive results, build relationships, and make a real impact. Your success will be directly tied to your efforts – the harder you work, the more you earn.

You’ll need to be resilient, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Whether you're sourcing candidates, building client relationships, or negotiating offers, your sales skills will be key to your success.

Experience Required:

  • Sales Experience: You have a proven track record in sales, whether that's in a call centre, estate agency, or other target-driven roles.

  • Drive & Determination: You’re motivated by achieving and exceeding targets, with a desire to earn big and progress quickly in your career.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be liaising with clients and candidates, so you must be confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport easily.

  • Full UK Driving Licence: You'll need to drive to meet clients and candidates, so a driving licence is essential.

  • Interest in Aerospace/Engineering: While not essential, any interest or background in engineering or technology will be a bonus.
