Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team in the recruitment technology sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our AI-powered recruitment solutions, building relationships with recruitment agencies and HR teams, and generating high-quality leads for our field-based sales team.
This position plays a key role in driving company growth and offers significant commission-based earning potential, along with opportunities for career advancement into senior sales or field-based roles.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Sales Calls: Engage recruitment agencies, HR professionals, and hiring managers through outbound calls to introduce and sell our AI-driven recruitment platform.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their hiring challenges and demonstrating how AI can streamline their processes.

  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our AI recruitment solutions and effectively communicate their benefits, including automation, candidate sourcing, and efficiency improvements.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Utilize Sales Tools: Use email automation platforms such as Clay and Lemlist to generate and nurture leads.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to follow up on multi-channel campaigns.

  • Professional Networking: Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks for outreach and engagement.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets to contribute to overall company revenue growth.

  • Demo Scheduling: Arrange product demonstrations for senior sales executives to showcase our AI platform to potential clients.

  • Market Insights: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to refine our AI recruitment solutions and sales strategies.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation, ideally in recruitment.

  • Familiarity with email automation tools such as Clay, Lemlist, or similar platforms for outreach and lead nurturing.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex AI-driven solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding lead generation or sales targets.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and results-focused environment.

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.

Education & Experience:


  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation within the recruitment or SaaS industry is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of AI, recruitment technology, or HR software is an advantage.

Working Conditions & Compensation:


  • Full-time permanent position.

  • Base salary up to £25K per annum, with a competitive commission structure offering an OTE of £40K+.
