Help us enable elite football performance through advanced technology

This role acts as the technology interface between the Technology Department and Football Operations, ensuring the right tools, systems, and infrastructure are in place to support player performance, coaching, medical, and analysis teams.

The role’s mission is to enable and optimise on-pitch performance through cutting-edge technology while supporting collaborative relationships with analysts, coaches, and medical professionals. The role is not a data analyst or coach, but a technical enabler, ensuring that the systems analysts and coaches rely on are secure, efficient, effective, and continually improved.

Your background

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in technology roles, in a performance sport or analysis environment. You must have experience managing wearables, video analysis tools, and high-spec hardware/software environments. Your previous roles will have given you hands-on experience with technologies such as AI, drones, VR, biomechanics tools, and advanced video analysis in high-performance settings. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and football domains.
