The Role

  • Identifying, targeting and converting new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, Offshore and OEM sectors, promoting passive fire protection and fabric maintenance solutions.
  • Managing, developing and growing business with existing customers, through excellent account management and effective relationship building.
  • Identifying opportunities with customers for future projects.
  • Developing technical specifications for existing customers and prospective customers.
  • Ensuring specifications/tenders follow through from outset to completion.
  • Your prime focus will be to actively win, retain and grow the business, knowing you be able to count on professional back up and support from your team and colleagues at all times.
    The Candidate
  • To be considered for the role of UK Sales Executive, you should be able to demonstrate a strong technical background within passive fire protection or fabric maintenance, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Ambitious, committed, confident, enthusiastic, resilient and goal-oriented.
  • Highly professional with an ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Naturally persuasive, creative and self-motivated, able to recognise opportunities and use your own initiative to convert these into sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are important together with strong negotiation, commercial and analytical skills
  • The successful applicant will be self-confident and demonstrate excellent face-to-face communication skills.
  • A commercial approach with a clear focus on standards and quality.
