Prestige New/Used Car Sales Executive - Cardiff

Are you an experienced sales professional seeking your next challenge within the motor trade? A well-established, prestigious Car Dealership in Cardiff is currently recruiting for a dedicated Car Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Dealership known for its high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service, offering a rewarding career as a Car Sales Executive in the automotive retail sector.

Benefits:

Basic salary of £20,000 per annum

Uncapped on-target earnings of £45-50,000+ per year, with significant potential to exceed these figures.

Access to a car allowance

22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off

Progression opportunities within South Wales’ largest car dealer group, operating since 1945

Work schedule of approximately five days per week (alternating between six and four days), Monday to Friday, with every other weekend off.Duties:

Selling new and used vehicles, along with finance, insurance, and ancillary products – the core responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive

Engaging customers to understand their needs and offer tailored vehicle solutions

Demonstrating vehicle features and explaining warranty and service arrangements

Keeping customers informed on delivery status and resolving any delays or queries

Collecting payments and ensuring smooth handover of vehicles

Introducing customers to aftersales services to foster long-term relationships

Achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagementRequirements:

Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales is highly advantageous, particularly for a Car Sales Executive position.

Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive, positive attitude

Strong communication and rapport-building abilities

A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential

Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff
