Business Development Manager -Full-Time - Islington-Based in the office.

£38,000 – £40,000 + 10% Bonus

Have you been in Sales/Business Development role recently for a minimum of 2-3 years or more?

This is the opportunity for you!

As the Business Development Manager, You’ll be working directly with one of the business owners, taking ownership of the sales pipeline and helping to grow a fast-moving company that sells services into transactional industries like retail, hospitality, gyms, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, offices, and universities.

Business Development Manager-What You’ll Do:

Own lead generation and prospecting across multiple B2B sectors

Build relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients

Create tailored costings and negotiate deals

Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

Use CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to track your pipeline

Attend events and meetings to expand market reach

Work side-by-side with leadership on growth strategies

Business Development Manager-You’ll Fit Right In If You:

Have a minimum of 2–3 years of sales or business development experience

Know how to sell services (FM/Cleaning/Support) into fast-paced, transactional environments (Retail clients, Hospitality, Colleges, Schools, Shops, restaurants, Offices, Leisure centres, Gyms, etc.)

Are an excellent communicator with a persuasive edge

Are organised, focused, and thrive in a target-driven setup

Love working in-person and want to be part of a collaborative office based team

Bonus if you've got any exposure to selling facilities management or cleaning services

Business Development Manager-Perks & Benefits:

£38,000 – £40,000 basic salary

10% performance bonus (quarterly)
