A friendly, but professional and vastly experienced integrated marketing agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build the team and drive short and long-term revenue growth. 

You will take responsibility for developing effective sales strategies, building and managing a team and their performance and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. In return, you will receive a salary of c£28,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus a bonus and benefits package. 

As Sales Manager, you will:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
Develop databases of warm leads and manage them through to new customers
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
Ensure that all administrative tasks related to sales operations are completed efficiently.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with:

Proven ability to develop new business, and sell the services we offer.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in communicating clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
Strong administrative skills to manage documentation and reporting processes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
Previous experience in selling within the: marketing, advertising or creative sectors.
