DH Gatwick are a Multi Award winning business supplying temps to Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Burgess hill, Redhill and all RH Postcodes.

We are looking at expanding and we need a senior recruitment consultant to join our team to help push primarily look after the business with strong application to elements of Business Development. The sector we are working on is Driving (Van, Car, HGV etc) yet we are looking to expand in the next 6 months to another division). We have 2 Large Contracts we have already secured so we will be busy!


The only caveat is that we are picky. And we are picky because we want to engage with individuals that actually care about the business and the people in it. We want to engage with people that see the bigger picture and understand that we are established and what we do matters to people (our candidates and clients) and we bare some serious responsibilities.


At the same time we are looking to build a titanium forged team that will operate together for years to come!


JOB DETAILS

Working with the team to build strong relationships with our loyal existing clients


Build a strong team that embraces our processes and buys into the culture
Developing the team and the individual skill sets
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm
Calling applicants and booking interviews
Interviewing candidates
Must be able to Drive and have own Transport
Onboarding candidates which will include some referencing and data entry on an internal system
Overlooking the strategic growth of our top Accounts
Being responsible for managing candidates and ensuring they are given an excellent experience
Booking and attending meetings with existing client base and newer clients
Business development within current base of clients as well as new clients, ensuring exemplary Customer Service
Based in Crawley, West Sussex
