Your role as Warehouse Supervisor is an essential role within the business. You will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will work closely with the Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operation Team to supervise the 24/7 warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee 17 staff across 24/7 shifts. Each shift has 1 coordinator to coordinate the shift. Flexibility will be required to see all shifts.
Essential Job Functions/ Skills:
• To ensure Health and Safety culture maintained as a NO 1 priority.
• To carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow Team Members
• To support the 24/7 Operations and Supply chain activities.
• To supervise a team of warehouse coordinators and oversee Despatch and Goods in
• Audit readiness at all time.
• To ensure continuous training provided to all Team Members and training matrix is up to date.
• Support improvement projects and developments.
• Cross functionality across all shifts.
• OTIF 100%
• FIFO
• Obsolescence reduction
• Maintaining GMP standards
• Maintain and distribute daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor stock take data where necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement within your area and site wide
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Team Members over all functions internally and externally where applicable
• Deputize for team members and manager when necessary.
• To promote and maintain the Company Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure a neutral and harmonious working environment
• Any other reasonable ā€˜general tasks’ / duties as requested by any other member of Management

Required Experience:
Ā· Experience in a warehouse environment / Supply Chain, liaising with suppliers and logistic companies.
Ā· Team leading , team management experience required.
Ā· Forklift driving experience is desired
Ā· FLT license Desired

Holidays
27 days – the site is open on bank holidays except for Christmas day
